Amina Gul-Bahar, (d. 1492), also known as Gulbahār Khātun or Gulbahar Hatun, was the wife of Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II, mother and Valide sultan of Bayezid II.

She was an ethnic Greek of noble birth from the village of Douvera, Trabzon. She have also been suggested to be of Serbian or French origin. She enterred the harem in about 1446. She did exert some influence and played an important part in the life of the harem and the Ottoman dynasty. She died in 1492.
